We clean roof tiles by spraying the roof with a powerful cleaner. Moss, algae and dirt let go and rinse away. We do not apply a coating.
A treated roof absorbs less moisture, stays clean longer and demonstrably lasts longer. For flat roofs we always look at the details, the sealant joints and the leadwork as well, because that is almost always where a leak starts.

We clean, we do not coat
Moss and algae hold moisture and make a roof dirty and slippery. We spray the roof with a powerful cleaner so that layer comes off and the water can drain freely again.
If a tile is broken or the lead is loose, we repair that first. We say so during the survey, even if it means the job gets bigger than you expected.
