No repainting every few years
Wooden fascia boards and cladding need repainting every few years. Trespa and Keralit do not. Fitted properly once, and wiping them down is enough.
If there is rot in the woodwork underneath, we repair that first. We say so during the survey, even if it means the job gets bigger than you expected.

Stripping
The old cladding comes off and we check what is underneath.
Repair
Rotten woodwork and poor details are repaired before the new panels go on.
Fitting and clean-up
The cladding is fitted and finished neatly, and we tidy everything up.
