Good to know

No repainting every few years

Wooden fascia boards and cladding need repainting every few years. Trespa and Keralit do not. Fitted properly once, and wiping them down is enough.

If there is rot in the woodwork underneath, we repair that first. We say so during the survey, even if it means the job gets bigger than you expected.

HOW WE WORK

Our approach

01

Survey and advice

We look at the existing situation and the woodwork underneath, and advise on colour and texture.

02

Stripping

The old cladding comes off and we check what is underneath.

03

Repair

Rotten woodwork and poor details are repaired before the new panels go on.

04

Fitting and clean-up

The cladding is fitted and finished neatly, and we tidy everything up.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Trespa is a hard panel used mainly for flat surfaces and fascia boards. Keralit is a plastic system with parts that click together. We advise on what suits your situation.
No. That is exactly the point. Trespa and Keralit do not need painting, wiping them down is enough.
Sometimes, if the woodwork is sound. If there is rot, we take it off and repair it first. We assess that during the survey.
That works well and saves money, because we are already at height with our equipment.
