Facade cleaning and impregnation

A detached house whose facade had become visibly dirty over the years. After pre-treatment with a powerful detergent and rinsing with warm water, the original brick colour came back.

After cleaning we repaired the pointing in a few places and, once the drying time had passed, impregnated the facade completely. That keeps the brickwork dry and raises the insulation value.

The owners deliberately chose the complete treatment rather than cleaning alone. It costs more once, but then you are set for ten years.
