Facade cleaning, private home

A white facade shows every kind of dirt immediately. Green growth on the north side and dirt streaks under the sills made the house look years older than it is.

With a pre-treatment and warm water at low pressure we cleaned the facade without damaging the paint layer. Windows and frames were washed down straight away.

The owner was first considering repainting. After cleaning that turned out not to be necessary at all.
